Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want your experience to be clear and fair. Here are the guidelines for cancelling sessions, rescheduling, and requesting refunds.

How cancellations and refunds are handled

This policy applies to bookings made through our website, including all consultation and coaching sessions.

1. Cancellation window

To request a cancellation or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds are considered only when a session is cancelled in advance and the payment was already processed. Partial refunds may apply if services have already been delivered or if the cancellation request is late.

3. Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule sessions when possible. Please contact us early with your preferred new date and time so we can make arrangements.

4. Razorpay payments

Payments processed through Razorpay are handled securely. Refunds are initiated through Razorpay and may take 5โ€“7 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method.
